The LighterKnot AR, Pangea's penultimate race of every year, shows off the eye pleasing parcel of Princess Place Preserve while giving elite teams their last shot at qualifying for the Turkey Burn AR playoff.

With less than two weeks till, and less than a week left to register, the list of teams qualified and still eligible to qualify are sure to make this a November to Remember.

Premier:

The premier division is nearly set and is full of the familiar faces that love to go at it. Friendships aside, these teams passionately race start to finish every time out and want to seize the bragging rights for 2011. Already qualified are: Florida Xtreme, Florida Xtreme 2, For the Fun of It, Nature Calls, & Green Paw Adventure Sports.

The field should grow by one as Primal Instinct is ready to go at the LigherKnot. A decent showing by them will get them well over the 60 points needed to qualify. The only other teams not mathematically eliminated are Trippin on Lactic Acid & Team Super Frogs. Neither are signed up at this point.

Open:

The open division has a good portion set but many more teams on the brink. Already qualified are: FLX/Utility Mutants, Lost Souls, Eco-Choice, We Blame Javan, & For the Fun of It (who have also qualified for Premier).

The field should grow by at least three as Blackcreek Swampmonsters, GET TO THE CHOPPER!, & Rub Some Dirt On It all are signed up for the LighterKnot in need one more decent showing. There are three more teams not mathematically eliminated but not signed up; Whatever Dude, CP Bound, & Nitro who all had great success this year when they raced.

The Turkey Burn AR is open to any team that wishes to race and compete against all of these teams. However, only the teams that qualify throughout the season are eligible for prizes and the notoriety of winning our yearly championships.
