Hey everybody, I'm Dave Ashley (go by Dash) and am working with Pangea and team Florida Xtreme this year to host a "developmental" team for elite races. If you have a few races under your belt and are looking to join a team where you can race the longer courses with an experienced teammate, work on skills, and make some new friends then consider racing with FLX-3! My only rules are: Finish the entire race (all CPs or until time runs out) and stay positive.
By no means a master in this sport, I do enjoy sharing what I've learned over a few years of racing. But even better is the fun of helping others to enjoy this amazing sport.
I've got a full team for the Christmas in Christmas and Resolution ARs, but I currently have spots open for the Treasure Coast elite race. As this is an elite 6 hour race, please only consider signing up if you are in physical shape to complete the entire course by jogging the treks, riding the entire bike section, and continuously paddling throughout the canoe portion at a moderate pace.
